RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Identify needs of the business
Validate Job specification and Person specification for the role
Advertise and source suitable applicants from various sources reducing costs to the business
Perform competency based interviews
Design and facilitate assessments days as necessary for positions
Ensure all relevant statutory requirements for recruitment are followed
Regularly review recruitment processes to make suitable improvements
Maintain manual recruitment system
Handover effectively to HR Administrator

 PERSON SPECIFICATION:
 
Professional qualification CIPD or REC
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong recruitment knowledge and experience gained within a fast paced environment
Previous experience working to targets
Expert knowledge of stakeholder management and negotiating 
Ability to stay calm under pressure
