My client is within the legal sector actively seeking Legal Secretary - Administrators, 2 one to be based within Ruislip, the other in Uxbridge - both Middlesex to support the partners.
You must have an education or experience within legal and have an understanding in matrimonial, from paper work to processes.
This is a permanent and full time role.
Providing administrative support to a Partner
Audio typing (BigHand)
Opening new matters on the case management system (Proclaim) and maintaining client files
Preparation of documents, correspondence and forms
Answering in coming phone calls
Speaking to clients by telephone and in person, dealing with enquiries where possible and referring to the fee earner where needed
Liaising with the courts and other outside agencies
Helping manage both incoming and outgoing post Skills and experience required:
Knowledge of matrimonial and litigation forms
Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems (Proclaim preferred but not essential)
Fast and accurate typing
Strong organisation skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
