we are looking for our client for an Hr person as the person in the role is leaving at the end of June 22.

People Co-ordinator/Officer level (above People Asst level) with 3-5 yrs exp, IT Savvy as our HRIS system (MSD365) is not the easiest and someone who can work with developers and IT tech people to make changes to provide the best solutions.

General strong IT skills, maybe worked in an environment they have set up Intranet, can research and present best solutions…….knows what good looks like. Strong excel i.e. not scared of formulas and can filter data and manipulate data. The reports from HRIS are not great so be able to pull 2 or 3 reports and amalgamate data to create what we need.

An HR generalist and a People person, always seeing the positive in people and providing solutions. They will be the main point of contact together with People Asst and escalate or seek guidance from the Head of People

The previous exp of preparing payroll is required as we work with a payroll processing co but we have to prepare, check and validate the numbers ourselves. This will not be the sole responsibility as they will work with the Head of People or me to finalise the payroll.

Salary: up to £40k p.a. 10% Bonus, share scheme, and all the awesome benefits mentioned in the JD.

Need to come to office 2 x per week. based in Iver
