HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HRBP person to start the 1st September

there is 10 in the team and reporting to head of HR

Real chunky HR Generalist role , some one very it literate and as will be helping with a new on boarding system and working with Bid teams (all HR related ) Focus on procedures and policy and learning and Development

HR Business Partner, Windlesham, Surrey

Preferred Start Date: 1st September 2022

Salary: £40k to £43k plus car allowance of 6,000

Hours: 40hrs per week Mon to Fir

As a result of growth, we’re on the lookout for another HR Business Partner to join our dynamic, fun and friendly HR team.

We’re making HR more accessible to our people every day and what we need is someone with that creativity, energy and drive to help develop and deploy more strategic objectives across the UK. You can build and develop relationships with managers easily and staff at all levels to influence, support and guide on a range of HR practices, developing employer brand and engagement everywhere.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses, turning them in to opportunities and strengths.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual HR strategy and plan.
  • Lead on deployment of systems implementation and long-term success.
  • Advise, coach and embed management capability to support best practice in the management of people issues.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant and provide advice to colleagues on the application of policies and procedures.
  • Develop and report meaningful HR metrics and other MI.
  • Support HR colleagues in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce retention tools and strategies.
  • Work with the broader HR function to implement HR strategies for: talent and succession planning, performance enablement, diversity & inclusion and employee engagement, aligned to our ESG strategy.
  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.

Person specification:

Ideally the person will have the following experience, skills and strengths:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven experience of planning and delivering HR strategic objectives
  • Strong generalist HR experience
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
