We currently have an opening for up to 3 Long Term Customer Service Vacancies (2-3 Months) to join Our client based in Hammersmith the rate is 12.32 per hour and its to start asap

Please email me with your latest cv and I am forwarding cvs tomorrow Hours are 9.00 till 5.30 Monday to Friday and is office based

Day to day Duties including:

• Answering incoming calls and general admin requirements as part of the sales team

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Check and maintain our customer sales inbox (any queries that come into are managed and distributed accordingly amongst the team)

• Take orders over the phone/confidently communicate and sell the collections

• Overseeing order processing, liaising with the warehouse where necessary

• Providing sales support to the wholesale team

• Send order confirmations, backorders, and barcode lists from SAP into Excel

• Support with /post/couriers/returns and maintain the tidy office environment

An ideal candidate will be:

• A great communicator, amazing at multi-tasking

• Excellent customer service skills at all levels

• Quick to pick up new things and learn processes

• A team-player

• Be proficient with Microsoft Office

• SAP experience a benefit
