Customer Service Coordinator

Department Overview:

Key Tasks:

General Customer Services duties including:

  • Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries)
  • Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
  • Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls for our busy customer services
  • Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
  • Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems
  • Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
  • Liaising with agents and managers nationally and internationally, ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments
