My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Controller that has advanced excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables. There is lots of report writing using Access.
You will be responsible for orders in pipeline and - sold, unsold & free.
• Responsible for management of orders in-network - logistics, order swaps & error checks.
• Provide order, logistics and registration support to network through Support Inbox and telephone lines.
• Provide any required support for logistics-related model activity including new model launches, technical holds and enhancement
• Point of contact for the field force
• Create, maintain and distribute reports as required.
• Provide testing and support to breakthrough projects on Distribution.
