Asset Manager

 Coordinate, support and drive optimization of the Asset Pool in conjunction with the Fulfilment teams within the network in order to minimize cost and optimize the availability of assets

 Sustainably develop new business strategies and generate substantial profit by actively generating and executing purchasing and sales projects around asset solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Establish and maintain close and regular communication with local full filament teams and other stakeholders in order to closely monitor asset pool activities and support with expertise and resource whenever needed.

 Manage asset lease contracts with leasing companies and optimize asset portfolio.

 Initiate and maintain close supplier and customer relationships by actively approaching the market players and establishing a culture of regular meetings and/or calls.

 Negotiate, write and implement contracts for asset purchases, leases or exchanges with suppliers to support the asset pool

 Negotiate, write and implement contracts for asset sales, leases or exchanges with customers to generate substantial profit.

 Initiate and implement asset solution projects at local sites by pro-actively manage the projects and communicating clearly and openly with all relevant stakeholders.

 Create regular management reporting with a focus on the financial situation of the individual asset types in line with reporting standards.

 Negotiate, write and MRO contracts with external MROs

 Constantly gain and improve technical and commercial market knowledge for relevant products

 Maintain a full financial and operational overview of assigned product types (KPIs, activity monitoring)

 Be a role model for pro-active and clear communication, driving the business by "pushing" highlight projects and celebrating success

 Drive process improvement and business excellence by ensuring compliance with general aviation legislation and internal guidelines and rules. Working conditions This job has no specific requirements.

Overtime may occasionally be required to fulfil business needs. Regular duty travel to meet suppliers and or customers or visit trade fair shows.

 Degree or Equivalent in a relevant subject, such as Aviation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance etc.

 Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English

 Very good skills in Microsoft office tools  Experience in working with SAP ERP systems Experience and Knowledge

 Proven track record in purchasing, product development or sales related role

 Profund knowledge in business commercials

 Strong financial understanding 

 Very organized individual with excellent skills in record keeping and project organization

 Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written  Entrepreneurial mindset

 No restricions to travel to the United States or European Union for duty travel
